You can choose to return/exchange items in the following situations after receiving the products,
2. Wrong item or the product is incomplete.
3. Refund is provided only when replacement for the product is not available.
You can return/exchange within 7 days after receiving the product.
Conditions for returns/exchanges
Returns/exchanges must meet the following conditions:
1. Returned or replaced goods and their packaging must be intact;
2. The original packaging returned or replaced must not be bound because the binding may damage the original packaging, which cannot be returned or exchanged.
1. Exchange of product for other reasons will not be acceptable.
2. Be sure to take a photo of the product you want to return as proof. The photo is very important for replacing defective or damaged products. If a problem occurs during the replacement process, keep it as evidence.
